My Sisters Wedding

If you have ever planned a wedding, then you know how time consuming it is, especially the last few weeks leading up to it! This past Saturday my little sister got married. As bitter sweet as it is for a big event such as this to finally be over, I am a little relieved that life can return as normal. It took place at the beautiful Kellum Valley Farms in Cleveland, Georgia. From the moment we arrived the staff at the wedding site was nothing but helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that the day was unforgettable.

The photo below was actually taken on the front porch because an hour before the ceremony torrential thunderstorms swept through the area. The entire wedding was set to be outside, and there was no plan B. Is my sisters dress not gorgeous? It fit her like a glove. Sadly the whole bottom ended up muddy from the rain. Luckily we had a precious flower girl, that said a prayer for us, and the rain disappeared!

I think this is one of the only good family photos we have together. To get Keating to smile we just say the word "stupid" and he cracks up every time. A little inappropriate and even strange, but hey, whatever works! "1, 2, 3, STUPID!!"
The newly weds taking a little ride. This place has the best props that just look like they have been there forever. An antique bike leaning against an old barn is so picturesque.

My dad and Han, I think he is pretty happy this was his last time having to do the whole marrying off his daughter thing. I'm sure it was pretty tough for him, but he handled it like a champ.

Blue and his auntie. He was a pretty handsome ring bearer. How cute is a baby in a seersucker bowtie? I made it using this pattern. It was super easy.

The site is gorgeous, with old school ruins from the early 1900's. Hannah and our sassy little mom. How pretty is her dress?
Announcing Mr & Mrs! Their first dance was to "Wagon Wheel" It was a great song to start the night with.

Me with the bride and groom. They had a blast at their reception. We danced to a mix of classic rock and Michael Jackson. How could you NOT enjoy that dance mix? Wow I just realized I almost look topless in this photo.

Well these are all of the photos that I could heist from facebook. I will return when I upload the photos I took with all of the details that went into making this day special.
