The bread has 3 ingredients: water, flour and yeast. You can add salt if you like. You combine the ingredients and let them sit for 2 hours, and then you are ready to bake your bread. SO SIMPLE. I plan on ordering their "Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day" because this bread is so good, that we probably eat way more of it than we should! Keating's favorite new snack is dipping bread in olive oil, which cracks me up that a toddler likes that. Its great as a sandwich and amazing for french toast. I could really go on and on. I'm a huge fan if you cant tell!
I want to try to change up this recipe by adding things like cheese or maybe olives to it. Has anyone tried this? Do you make your own bread? What are other ridiculously easy things that you are making at home instead of buying the processed version? Please share!
My new favorite obsession is homemade Wrinkle Releaser. 1 part liquid fabric softener (the Dollar Store's smells ah-mazing), 10 parts water. It works wonders and is insanely cheap!

ReplyDeleteTry making homemade pasta - It's ridiculously easy! Tastes 100 times better, easy to freeze, great idea for gifts around the holidays along with a batch of homemade sauce, and of course way healthier. You can also add spinach to the mix for even healthier options. And cut the pasta into spaghetti, fettuccini, lasagna, ravioli, etc. We have a Kitchenaid mixer so we just got the the pasta roller attachment and use it every few weeks!
