It has snowed twice in the last two weeks. Two times in Keating's short little life and the most snow I have seen in a really long time in Georgia.
We are home bound today 1. because of the snow and 2. because my car is in the shop after getting rear ended a few days before I went into labor. (I think I forgot to post about that??) So I could only sit around and watch so much Days of Our Lives and The Price is Right today.
I decided it would be the perfect day to attempt to get Keating naked and take a few sweet baby photos. He may hate me for this one day!
Hanging out with Lola
He is starting to get round cheeks. He still has the baby fur on his arms. What a sweet face!
I knitted this hat for him and it is HUGE on his little head.
To get these photos I had a space heater pointing directly on him so that he didnt get ticked off. This is how he normally looks when he is naked!
1st Bath (Lola lending a helping paw)
I really hope he outgrows his hatred of baths... if not he will be known as the smelly kid!
oh my word he is so so cute! and that hat is amazing :-)
ReplyDeleteCandace, if it makes u feel any better I was more scared of giving flynn a bath then I was of giving birth....they give you drugs for the latter, there is nothing for those little cries they belt out for those first couple of baths. It gets better!!
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of Keating and Lola!
ReplyDeleteHow precious! I love the new pictures, & the poor thing is NOT happy about that bath, lol.
ReplyDeleteWhat's up with all the snow? I lived there 20+ years and it NEVER snowed except for a light dusting every few years. Mom said it was like a blizzard down there today, & 60 degrees yesterday! Craziness.
Too funny! I hope he is not the smelly kid!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, poor kid! I hope he gets over his hate of bath time soon. I think he'd still be cute, even if he was the smelly kid.
ReplyDeleteHe is soooo cute!!! Enjoy every single second of his tiny preciousness while it lasts. Children grow so fast :(
ReplyDeleteawwww bath time does get more fun Keating I promise!
ReplyDeleteThanks yall! I just realized that I look really scary in that bath picture... Id probably cry seeing me too!!
ReplyDeletepretty soon you'll be saying "Keating--NO SPLASHING" :) he is adorable!!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter hated baths at first too. Then my sister told me to put a baby washcloth right under her neck and on her tummy. They don't like to be so exposed at first. We went through 2 washcloths a bath! Good luck! Beth
ReplyDeleteHe is so cute & looks so tiny in that big ol bath!
ReplyDeleteHe is so precious, y'all make such a cute little family! I love reading your blog and gave you a blog award in my blog :)
